Erica was born and raised in South Florida. She was also born and raised in the real estate field. Her father, a local real estate developer, developed some of the first Publix anchored shopping centers in Palm Beach county among several other various commercial and residential new construction and redevelopment projects.

Erica graduated from Touro College in New York City with a Bachelors of Science in 1998. She received a double major in Finance and Accounting with a minor in Religion. She also obtained her certification in Revenue Management from the Cornell School of Hospitality in 2009.

Once Erica graduated College she returned to South Florida and immediately began working on a diverse portfolio of Real Estate projects in which she wore many different hats in addition to development such as sales, leasing, construction management and oversight as well as commercial financing, branding and marketing. Erica has served in a variety of positions in her field of expertise including Director of Operations, VP of Finance and Marketing, President, and CEO.

In 2004, Erica spearheaded the first condo conversion project in Naples, Florida. Key Royal was a 270 unit luxury apartment complex that was converted, renovated and sold out in less than 6 months. In 2005 Erica completed another 360 unit luxury multi family conversion and began a joint venture with a company out of the Northeast which purchased an additional 4 multi family conversion projects totaling 1200 units in the Tampa/Clearwater area as well as a 320 unit apartment complex in West Palm Beach Florida.

In 2009 Erica switched her focus to hotel redevelopment, branding and revenue management. She completed a Ramada and Days Inn near the Miami Airport as well as a 600 room Clarion in Tampa.

Over the course of the next few years Erica continued to work in Residential and Commercial Real Estate both in sales and leasing.

In 2012, Erica purchased a property zoned as an inpatient substance abuse treatment facility and founded a behavioral healthcare company named Serenity House Health. From the original facility in Fort Lauderdale within a year an additional property was purchased in West Palm Beach Florida and soon to follow another facility in Houston Texas. To date, Serenity House Health has about one hundred employees and recently is also in the process of finalizing a merger with a larger organization which has now allowed her to step away from the day to day of running these facilities allowing her to refocus on her Real Estate career.

Erica is very much enjoying the Caprio office which allows her to live and work in beautiful Southwest Ranches.
